And Britney Spears lived up to that reputation yesterday, flashing her assets to the world in a barely-there top that showed most of her cleavage.
For the second day in a row, the troubled singer stepped out in Los Angeles without a bra on.

On Tuesday, she spent the entire day in a blue top, exposing her upper regions around North Hollywood and Malibu.
And her flesh was on display again yesterday as she wandered around a pet shop in Malibu.
Britney's exhibitinist behaviour - she is famous for flaunting her privates in the back on limos - comes on the heels of another court setback.
On Wednesday afternoon, she arrived at LA's Superior Court to request more access to her children.

But as has been customary in recent times, Britney left before walking through the door of the courtroom. Meanwhile, the singer's British boyfriend Adnan Ghalib continues to cash in on their romance.
The Birmingham-born paparazzo, 35, is said to have received a hefty pay cheque - one source estimates as high as £100,000 - from US TV networks that are running interviews on the couple's romance all this week.
Adnan gave two interviews to US TV shows The Insider and Entertainment Tonight in which he answered accusations he has tried to cash in on their romance.

Last night he told the show that Britney wants to marry him and have his baby.
Adnan spoke for the first time about the photographs of Britney picking up a pregnancy test which first sparked frenzied speculation that the Toxic singer could be expecting.
He revealed: "I think she was hoping she was pregnant with my child. I think she felt that she was. She has a very maternal instinct.”
And he insisted she had "absolutely not" taken out a restraining order against him.
Adnan said: "You know. It's unfortunate and I hate to say it, but people don't like happy in Hollywood.
"I don't think anybody wants her to be happy."
Firm grip: Adnan kept a protective watch on Britney as they left Greek restaurant Taverna Tony's on Tuesday night in Malibu
And he said, despite still being married to wife Azlynn Elizabeth Berry, who has now started divorce proceedings, he would have married Britney if she had asked.
Adnan confirmed that he had a sexual relationship with Britney and believed he was falling in love with her. But he insisted the relationship was strictly professional until late December - and claimed their romance was the last thing he exected.
In the wake of Adnan's high-profile relationship with Britney, his wife Azlynn Elizabeth Berry, has filed for a legal separation from him.
Adnan's former spouse claimed irreconcilable differences for the split after four years of marriage, according to court documents filed in the U.S. Superior Court.
Former beauty queen Azlynn, representing herself in court papers, is requesting that Adnan pay her legal costs, the filing said.
In recent weeks, Ghalib has been seen accompanying Spears on shopping excursions, restaurant outings and trips to the court in her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
He said their relationship blossomed after Spears was released from a hospital following a standoff in her home when she refused to return her two sons to Federline's bodyguard.
"We managed to spend a long time together, away from the media," he said.
And in an interview with the TV show "Entertainment Tonight" he denied accusations that he was profiting from his relationship with the 26-year-old pop star.
"A lot of people perceive to know or understand her, she's the most photographed woman in the world," Adnan said.
"But if you take time to scratch the surface, then you can understand how amazing she is."
Britney - who recently called an end to the pair's whirlwind romance - took Adnan back earlier this week after he begged for another chance.
The unlikely pair have been dating since the New Year and he has reportedly made a fortune out of the affair.
Pictures of them together have allegedly sold for up to £500,000, with the 35-year-old reportedly pocketing a large percentage of the profits.
And Britney reportedly called a temporary end to the relationship after taking a dim view of his money-making pursuits.
But the couple publicly put their differences behind them on Tuesday, stepping out for dinner at Greek restaurant Taverna Tonys in Malibu.
In an earlier interview with Inside Edition, Adnan spoke out in Britney's defence.
He said: "She's in mourning - she's grieving for the loss of her children."
On Tuesday a Los Angeles court ruled that Britney Spears is still not allowed to see her two children.
The troubled singer had requested a special hearing with the judge overseeing her case at the hope of regaining visitation rights for Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one.
But court official Allan Parachini said: "The hearing is over. The previous custody orders – in which Ms Spears has no visitation – have not changed."
The ruling came after Britney arrived at the court but for the second time in a month, left without attending the hearing.
Later, Mr Parachini said the commissioner took notice of Spears' absence and went ahead with the hearing, but decided to make no changes in the order suspending her rights to see her children.
Following the reunion dinner, Ghalib's car collided with a motorbike while Spears was with him.
According to X17online.com: "Adnan was driving Britney's white Mercedes SL in the mild LA rain when the accident occurred.
"Apparently Adnan was passing the motorcycle on the right when he sideswiped the bike and the man on it. Adnan stopped the car, screamed at the guy, not even asking if the poor guy was OK, and then sped away."
Fortunately, nobody was hurt and the pair drove back to Spears' Malibu mansion unscathed.
